1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Blaith Green LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Blaith Green LLC provides comprehensive environmental waste management services, including but not limited to:

• Used oil collection and recycling
• Industrial waste management
• Marine waste treatment services
• Tank cleaning and maintenance
• Hazardous waste disposal
• Environmental laboratory testing

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Contract Terms

All services provided are subject to individual service agreements. Specific terms, pricing, and service schedules will be outlined in separate contracts or quotations provided to clients.

3.2 Compliance

All services are performed in compliance with UAE environmental regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, and international ISO standards. Clients must ensure proper documentation and permits are provided when required.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding waste materials
• Ensure safe access to collection sites
• Comply with all applicable environmental regulations
• Provide proper storage containers and facilities
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Fees

Service fees are determined based on the type and volume of waste, frequency of collection, location, and specific client requirements. All fees will be clearly outlined in quotations and invoices.

5.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in individual agreements, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by UAE law.

6. Liability and Insurance

Blaith Green LLC maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all operations. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual service agreements. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing contamination at client sites
• Damages resulting from inaccurate client information
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party liabilities not directly related to our services

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements by providing written notice as specified in the individual contract. Cancellation fees may apply for scheduled services cancelled within 24 hours of the appointed time.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and operational data. All information shared during service provision is protected and used solely for service delivery purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website and in our communications are the property of Blaith Green LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE jurisdiction.
